Salary : QAR 6,000 - 8,000 (based on experience)

This role involves overseeing the production of high-quality, custom swords, trunks, trophies, and artisanal items, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship and quality standards. The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury handcrafted items and skilled in leading a team of artisans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all production stages, from concept to completion
- Lead a team of skilled goldsmiths, carpenters, and craftsmen
- Collaborate with the design team to bring concepts to life
- Oversee quality control and ensure adherence to craftsmanship standards
- Train and mentor staff, manage inventory, and monitor production schedules
- Implement safety standards and seek ways to improve efficiency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in goldsmithing and handcrafts
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in goldsmith techniques and handcrafting processes
- Effective communication skills and attention to detail
