**Responsibilities**:
Leadership and Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of letting agents, property managers, and administrative staff.
Set performance objectives, conduct regular evaluations, and provide guidance to ensure the team achieves its goals.
Property Leasing:
Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income.
Oversee the marketing of available properties, conduct property viewings, and negotiate lease agreements with prospective tenants.
Tenant Relations:
Maintain positive relationships with tenants, address their inquiries and concerns promptly, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Implement tenant retention initiatives and handle lease renewals and terminations in accordance with legal requirements.
Property Management:
Supervise property maintenance activities, including repairs, renovations, and routine inspections, to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards.
Implement preventive maintenance programs and manage contractor relationships to ensure quality service delivery.
Financial Management:
Prepare and manage annual budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize rental rates to maximize revenue and profitability.
Ensure timely collection of rents, handle arrears management, and oversee financial reporting and analysis.
Legal Compliance:
Stay abreast of local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Review and enforce lease agreements, handle disputes, and represent the company in legal proceedings, if necessary.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and other stakeholders.
Provide regular updates on property performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations to clients.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in real estate leasing and property management, with a minimum of 7 years in a leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of Qatar's real estate market, regulations, and business practices.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients and tenants.
Professional certifications such as RICS, CPM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills would be advantageous.
