Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, control, and report on contractor performance, resource deployment, equipment movement, and construction progress.

Experience

- Strong experience with steel structure installation, piping, mechanical installation, and commissioning, especially in offshore projects.
- Proven knowledge of lifting operations, lifting plans, and risk assessment.
- Familiar with construction best practices, systems, processes, and industry standards.

Job Purpose:
Oversee the planning preparation and execution of all aspects of the relevant Compression Platform Complex Fabrication requirements of the project from yard activities to load out ensuring all key objectives are achieved or exceeded.
In addition ensure the constructability of the design is consistent with established Project Engineering Drawings and industry processes and standards, effectively manage issues and resolution through strong interfaces with both company and contractor teams delivering full alignment of the Fabrication execution.
Key Accountabilities:
- Reports to COMP4 Construction Division Manager
- Ensuring adherence to all safety protocols and regulations during fabrication process.
- Manages and ensures successful execution of relevant Compression Platform Complex Fabrication fabrication project components to meet prioritized objectives (Safety, Quality, Schedule, and others, as appropriate).
- To supervise and control the activities of the Contractor/Subcontractors related to the Topsides fabrication, Mechanical Completion to ensure that it complies with contractual requirements, project documentation and applicable International Standards.

- To review deviations to QatarEnergy LNG construction standards for comments with Contractors / Subcontractors input, to deliver a consistent dossier (documents, materials, procured and fabricated items, precom/com dossiers, as built …) for the construction activities.
- Identify any areas of concern with respect to progress and/or quality and recommend corrective actions as required.
- Review Contractor’s progress reports and reports for all the activities, highlighting critical problems, drifts and dysfunctions if any.
- To Liaise with Contractors/Subcontractors for all structure subject, MC, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning to ensure the Contractors/Subcontractors progress follow up and reporting.
- Bring execution solutions that favour safe construction execution and transition to Commissioning activities.
