**Other duties would include**
- Collaborate and provide support to the product development teams on projects by creating content for all online digital touchpoints including but not limited to the online booking flow, online check in, flight status, manage booking, profiles and all other transactional pages on the website.
- Quality assurance of content produced which includes proof-reading and checking written as well as other forms of content for clarity and to ensure compliance with brand communication guidelines.
- Create content for campaigns while personalizing the copy according to the channel & audience using the best practices and guidelines for each specific online channel which adhering to character limitations and ensuring the relevance of the content once used on visuals.
- Create an editorial calendar of content and campaign content to be developed each month.
- Collaborate with the Design team to develop innovative and creative campaigns and content ideas that are share-worthy and can be hosted on the website as well as promoted on a multitude of E -marketing channels.
- Create content for targeted experiences on the website to give customers a personalized experience.
- Create or review destination content hosted on the website to promote Qatar Airways' destinations worldwide. This will include content that is destination based as well as content that is generic to the type of destination (beaches/outdoor) or on a regional basis.
- Enhance the off-the-shelf campaign library by adding more content and copy that is themed around seasons/occasions/trends and customer interests to enhance the 'ready for use' library that is available to stations for a quick time to market.
- Create and maintain the FAQ database of questions and answers.
- Create documentation on the guidelines and the Do's and Don'ts for web content
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed b the Head of the Department

**Qualifications**:
**About You**
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Digital Enablement Team.
- Minimum qualification of bachelor’s degree or equivalent is essential.
- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, or Arts (English Language) is preferred.
- Professional qualifications in Advertising/Copywriting and Creative writing.
- Experience as a copywriter or writer creating content for various media, blogs, online sales channels or advertising agency.
- Proven track record (Portfolio) of producing high-quality content.
- Command of English language.
- Demonstrate a high level of communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to stay current with technology trends.
- Must be team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate and work towards delivering project deadlines.
- Demonstrate core understanding of the Ecommerce and digital environment and customer touchpoints is a must.
- Understanding of social media and considerations.
- Command of Classical Arabic is a plus.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist based in Doha, Qatar. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and managing social media platforms. Daily tasks include monitoring social media trends, website management, leading campaigns, photoshoots, analyzing performance metrics, and coordinating with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Qualifications Skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation Experience in Digital Marketing and overall Marketing strategies Website management Graphic Designing Proven ability to analyze social media performance metrics Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Familiarity with luxury or high-end brands is a plus Ability to work effectively in a team environment Storytelling Creative Seniority level

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the restaurant's brand and marketing objectives.
- Create and manage content calendars for various platforms, ensuring a consistent and compelling online presence.
- Produce visually stunning and culturally resonant content, including graphics, images, videos, and other multimedia elements, with a primary focus on Arabic-speaking audiences.
- Capture the essence of our restaurant's unique offerings and atmosphere through creative storytelling.
- Foster engagement with our Arabic-speaking audience by creating content that resonates with cultural nuances and trends.
- Respond to comments and messages on social media platforms, maintaining a positive and interactive online community.
- Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and local communities to expand our reach and enhance our brand presence.
- Identify and negotiate potential partnerships that align with our restaurant's image and values.
- Conceptualize and execute innovative marketing campaigns to promote special events, seasonal offerings, and promotions.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of social media initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and insights, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation, with a focus on Arabic-speaking audiences.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Skills in graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
**Salary**: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
