Key Responsibilities Hospitality and Guest Service - Provides important visual cues for guests that make a positive first impression E.g. wearing proper career wear that is clean and neatly pressed, maintaining a clean parking lot/exterior and a clean and inviting dining room. - Follows the guaranteed Always Fresh procedure to ensure coffee and products are always fresh and always accurate. - Delivers consistent and outstanding guest service through friendly attitude, attentive behavior and strong product knowledge. - Enhances the guest experience by following the S.E.T. Principles: Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You. - Uses proper procedures to ensure the accuracy of every order for every guest. - Ensures every guest receives a prompt and warm greeting within 5 seconds at front counter and drive-thru. - Maintains speed of service targets by working efficiently with a sense of urgency to fill orders and meet guests’ needs. - Promptly executes service recovery for any guest concerns or complaints by making it right with the guest, regardless of involvement in the issue. - Listens carefully to guests and apologizes for the experience in the case of a complaint. Store Operations - Follows all Operations standards and guidelines for preparation of products according to training and instructional materials provided. - Prepares all products as required, following the order monitor to ensure the accuracy of every order. - Communicates showcase and product needs to ensure proper product availability for guests. - Regularly takes temperatures of the required products and records in the Time & Temperature Log. Policies and Procedures - Participates in and attends all store meetings and other related functions. - Follows all restaurant policies, procedures and standards. - Maintains the front counter by keeping it clean, organized, stocked and ready for rush periods in the restaurant. - Follows proper hand washing techniques and all sanitation guidelines; completes all sanitation tasks as outlined by the Store Manager. Cashiering - Receives payment by cash, credit cards, vouchers or automatic debits. - Issue receipts, refunds, or change to the customers correctly. - Count money in the cash till at the beginning of the shifts to ensure that amount is correct and there is adequate change. - Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas. Health & Safety - Works in compliance with occupational health and safety legislation. - Knows, understands and follows safe work practices and procedures. - Uses or wears personal protective equipment or clothing as required. - Reports all injuries/illnesses, accidents, unsafe conditions, security incidents and any contravention of health and safety legislation, policies and procedures to the Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Owner. - Does not operate any equipment, machine, device or thing, or otherwise work in a manner that will endanger anyone.

The MSEM Crew Chief is responsible for the management of assigned employees that inspect, maintain and service assigned non-powered Munitions Materiel Handling Equipment (MMHE). Uses IMDS, DPAS and MC2 as part of routine duties. Operates Theater Integrated Combat Munitions Systems (TICMS). Depending on operational tempo may at times be required to participate as part of the work force conducting explosives operations. Ensures compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Amentum ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS).
Principal Accountabilities
Consistently observes and enforces all USAF and host nation explosives safety, AFOSH and security standards during all explosives and non-explosives operations in assigned sites and TDY locations.
Ensures pre-task safety crew briefings are accomplished before the start of any operation.
Takes necessary control and timely response actions during emergency events.
Assists in the development of the yearly master and monthly MMHE maintenance control plan IAW with established contractual standards.
Adheres to the production scheduling of assigned MMHE in accordance with established quality processes, identifying potential problems, recommending and implementing problem solving solutions.
Conducts quality control of all maintenance according to technical standards, identifying potential problems, recommending and implementing solutions.
Supervises/directs Western/Foreign National workforce, providing clear work instructions and direction expected on production efforts of all ongoing and future MMHE maintenance;
Reconditions, repairs and replaces defective or missing parts of assigned MMHE; ensuring reliable serviceability.
Enforces and adheres to consistent use of technical publications during all maintenance actions.
Prepares and configures MMHE in maximum deep storage, ready-to-ship configuration to include stacking of trailers for future shipments for air, sea and surface transportation.
Assists with the up-loading and downloading trucks with MMHE shipments.
Identifies job status scheduling delays, shortfall of resources to Munitions Control and MSEM Supervisor.
Establishes levels of resources and procures IAW with AFI 23-110 and Amentum standards for bench/operating stocks.
Maintains the tool storage, CTKs and special equipment compliant with industrial and Amentum standards.
Maintains shelf life items (lubricants, paint, etc.) to include availability of SDS for assets.
Inspects, operates and performs maintenance on light vehicles and handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and manual hoists.
Inspects and operates metal strapping equipment, stencil machines, heat sealers, pneumatic paint guns, air compressors and power tools.
Inspects and performs minor maintenance on facilities and installed equipment. Clean vehicles, equipment and facilities.
Works necessary hours, to include stand-by duties, to support mission requirements during peacetime and combat contingencies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Works in normal office and maintenance shop or warehouse environment and may be required to work outdoors for extended periods.
Minimum Requirements
Must have intermediate knowledge of the USAF Supply and Tech Order systems or US service equivalent.
Must be proficient in the use of personal computers and Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office to include as a minimum Power Point, Excel and Word programs.
May be required to operate material handling equipment.
Must possess a valid home country driver's license and ability to obtain host nation driver's license.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Must not have been convicted of a Domestic Violence charge (Lautenberg Amendment compliance).
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a US Secret Security Clearance.
Will be required to wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) according to prescribed procedures and as required for task being performed.
Physically capable of performing all required duties; capable of lifting/pushing/pulling minimum of 50 lbs.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Must have normal color perception and depth of vision.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred a minimum of four years of experience with Military Munitions.
