Review daily sleep data for all registered players across participating clubs. Flag anomalies such as irregular sleep patterns, low sleep quality, or insufficient sleep duration. Detect and report any suspicious or potentially inaccurate data trends, including cases of non-usage or possible data manipulation. Communicate relevant findings to designated club performance staff. Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of sleep data across all systems. 2. Analysis & Reporting
Track and interpret trends in sleep behaviors over time, across teams, and by player role or position. Prepare regular analytical summaries and reports for league officials and performance committees. Support the use of sleep insights in performance-based financial evaluations. Analyze relationships between sleep metrics and other indicators such as match performance, injury data, and wellness scores. 3. Stakeholder Coordination
Act as the primary liaison for club analysts and performance staff in matters related to sleep data. Maintain open and consistent communication with each club to resolve issues and share insights. As a Senior Data Science Analyst, you will be responsible to lead a team of analysts to design and build analytics methodologies, solutions and products to deliver value where data is the basis for solutions. - Leads a team of analysts to deliver reliable, on time, revenue management and commercial data to reduce the time between a data point being generated and its usefulness to the business. Build and execute solid analytics work plans, gather and organize large and complex data sets, perform relevant analysis including data exploration and data modelling. Build and track a list of data sources available within the company and understand interrelations between different datasets to drive value.
- Translates sophisticated data science concepts in an understandable and meaningful manner to help the business adopt and transform.
