- **CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management Certification) **is Mandatory.
- Bilingual Language **(Arabic - Mother Tongue & English).**:

- Bachelor Degree from Recognized University.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Track and distribute controlled documents, using the doc control procedures, format and distribution schedule.
- Coordinate and administer the distribution of all incoming and outgoing documentation and paperwork to ensure controlled delivery to person(s) responsible.
- Screen all incoming and outgoing documents for submission to Document Control for their proper handling.
- Routing various documents to different Engineers and Document Control for proper handling.
- Scan, index incoming and outgoing mail electronically.
- Distinguish document handling by document type.
- Establish and maintain various files developed for the project.
- Prepare document searches as requested by authorized personnel.
- General clerical functions to maintain a seamless office environment.
- Requisition of office supplies for document control.
- Carry out any other duties as and when required by the direct supervisor.
- Ability to confidently and tactfully work in a mixed team environment.

**Salary**: Up to QAR5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business, or related field. 4–6 years of experience in data governance, data management, or data privacy roles. Solid knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK). Familiarity with data quality principles, metadata management, and business glossary development. Hands-on experience with data governance platforms such as Collibra, Informatica Axon, Alation, etc. Strong documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with both technical and business teams. Self-starter with strong business acumen and understanding of enterprise data domains.

Preferred Qualifications

Professional certifications (e.g., CDMP, DGSP, or equivalent). Experience in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or insurance. Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and compliance practices. Exposure to cloud data environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern data architectures.

We are seeking a highly skilled lawyer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional research and analytical abilities, coupled with sound judgment and decision-making skills about Qatar Laws and Regulations. As a lawyer in our firm, you will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in problem-solving and effective communication.
