We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Design & Estimation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in estimation for fire alarm, fire fighting, emergency/exit lighting, and ventilation systems, with a preference for candidates with a background in oil and gas tender estimation-both for project-based and maintenance scopes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates based on project specifications, drawings, and technical documents.
- Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to ensure all required resources are evaluated.
- Evaluate tender documents and provide commercial and technical proposals within deadlines.
- Participate in pre- and post-bid clarifications and discussions.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of proven experience in design and estimation within fire protection, life safety, and ventilation systems.
- Experience in oil & gas project and maintenance tendering is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of local and international standards.
- QCDD certification is an advantage.
- Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.

Structural Design Engineer
Our Middle East operations have an exciting opportunity for a Structural Engineer to join our Doha office in Qatar. To be successful, you must be a qualified Structural Engineer, with 5+ years of experience, a frequent user of FEM analysis software, and possess a solid understanding of current structural engineering technologies applied in the design and delivery of medium-to-large scale building projects.
You will also have:
•Proven core Structural Engineering skills and design experience
•Good understanding of structural mechanics
•Familiar with international design codes, BS/EN and American codes
•Thorough knowledge of Finite Element Analysis - a frequent user of structural software ETABS and SAFE
•Experienced in design documentation for various stages, concept design through to IFC
•A proven record of delivering medium-to-large building projects
•Ability to work independently and part of a team with enthusiasm to learn new skills
•Experience in interdisciplinary coordination
•Strong communication skills including written and spoken English skills
•Middle East experience is preferrable
•Be a Registered Engineer (or in the process of registration) with the Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) in Qatar.
