The Strategy and Transformation unit is responsible for driving KONE’s long-term success by identifying strategic priorities, ensuring a common direction, and implementing strategies in collaboration with KONE’s areas and functions. Strategy & Transformation develops our strategy and operating model (KONE Way) and manages large strategic initiatives such as Business Platform Renewal.

Requirements for the position:
