The job holder shall be responsible for creating, maintaining, and managing eHealth architecture models and their lower-level components, ensuring that the overall eHealth architecture remains coherent and secure, with high quality. The role involves aligning business, application, data, and technology perspectives with the organization's technology and governance strategies, policies, and standards.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the target technology and infrastructure architecture blueprint, including Technology Principles, Strategy, Standards, Reference Models, and Modelling Guidelines.
- Support the establishment of the National Health Insurance Company (NHIC) Integration Platform.
- Create the overall architecture vision for integration technologies and ensure components are appropriately designed and leveraged; contribute to the Enterprise Architecture (EA) vision.
- Develop integration-related reference architecture frameworks and patterns.
- Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of the Enterprise Architecture (EA).
- Advise on enterprise architecture strategies, processes, and methodologies.
- Assist in analyzing, evaluating, and developing long-term strategic and operational plans aligned with business objectives.
- Share best practices and update technical system architecture requirements based on technological advances and vendor solutions.
- Manage Architecture Working Groups for EA development and maintenance.
- Collaborate with relevant parties to review solution objectives and constraints, ensuring conformance with EA, and recommend suitable technical architectures.
- Develop architecture blueprints for related systems.
- Identify areas for further study and participate in Proof of Concept projects to explore architectural options.
- Assess implementation risks and analyze their impact on enterprise objectives.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of standards, tools, and methodologies, including e-health service management standards.
- Perform other duties as needed to support organizational goals.
Qualifications
