- **Financial Management**: Responsible for budgeting, financial planning, and ensuring that the nightclub operates within its financial targets. They monitor revenue, control expenses, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
- **Safety and Security**: Ensuring the safety and security of patrons and staff is of utmost importance. Oversee the implementation of security protocols, manage crowd control, and work closely with the security team to prevent and handle any incidents that may arise.
- **Compliance**: Must ensure that the establishment operates in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements. This includes managing permits, age restrictions, liquor laws, health and safety regulations, and fire code compliance.
- **Maintenance and Equipment**:Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the nightclub, ensuring that it is in good condition and complies with health and safety standards. Also manage equipment and inventory, including bar supplies, sound systems, and lighting.
- **Trend Analysis and Adaptation**: Staying informed about current trends, music genres, and entertainment preferences is important for the success of a nightclub. Should analyze customer feedback, monitor industry trends, and adapt the nightclub's offerings to meet changing demands.
- **Education**:Bachelor's degree, preferably in Hotel Management
- **Other Requirements**:Must be 21+ years old
- **Skills**:Leadership, communication, interpersonal, finance/budgeting, spreadsheet software

- Overall management of Entertainment department in line with the brand requirements and local laws and regulations.
- Development of annual budgets and short to long range strategic planning for the operation of the Entertainment Department
- Ensure that all entertainment activities operate cost effectively and efficiently, review expenditures to ensure that they are kept within operating budgets.
- Ensure good time keeping of performances and suitability of ambient lighting, sound levels and background music.

**Your experience and skills include**:
- Minimum 5 years of Events and Parks experience in leading and managing a world-class Entertainment function across various facets in a similar role level.
- Experience in handling a Complex or Cluster role is an added advantage.
- Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
- Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience in developing and executing creative Entertainment initiatives.
