**_Tasks and Responsibilities_**
- _Maintain a clean and a safe work area, adhere to best practice safety procedures._
- _Read, follow, understand and communicate written instructions and procedures._
- _Wash and clean MEWP and associated equipment in a timely and professional manner._
- _Report any abnormality/near miss to the immediate supervisor._
- _Work within and supports The Manlift Way._

**_Details of more specific additional duties: (Including but not limited to _**
- _All tools used must be operated in the manner for which they were designed; looked after and returned to their correct location at the end of the working day. _
- _All work practices must be safe. Applicable “Personal Protective Equipment”, such as Safety glasses & hearing protection, must be used at all times where applicable._

**Job Requirements**:

- **_Preferred_** _Applicants will need to be fit and mobile, with no vision or hearing impairment_
- _Basic English understanding is required, however the main criteria on language for the “helper” is to be able to effectively communicate with other team members, > the WS & TC (ability to understand “danger, caution and warning” instructions is important.)_
- Quick learner, eager to learn and develop._

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

  • Responsible for communicating and upholding company standards, leading by example, working as a team and providing well maintained equipment and facilities.
  • Shall perform work in a manner that presents a clean, neat and professional appearance while maintaining satisfactory facility and equipment conditions.
  • Responsible for monitoring other country nationals in accordance with AFCENTI 32-1002 and obtain escort badge.
  • Performs custodial work including, but not limited to, restroom cleaning and supply replenishment, floors, baseboards, corners and wall/floor edges, light fixtures, interior glass/mirrors, sink and counter, laundry rooms, tables/desks, water potted plants, dusting, spot cleaning, outdoor patio cleaning, collect/remove trash, clean refrigerators/microwaves, sort linen, resupply clean linen, and restock linen closet as specified in the PWS.
  • Shall function as a Facility Manager to assigned location(s) as specified in the PWS.
  • Shall provide on-call and over and above cleaning services as needed.
  • Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, sanitary, healthy, presentable, professional atmosphere, free of dust, clutter and trash in all working facilities and areas.
  • Responsible for following a comprehensive, flexible, and properly documented training program.
  • Responsible for proper utilization and safeguarding of all government and contractor provided property (e.g., to include government facilities, equipment and tools).
  • Responsible for precise execution of company time reporting procedures and accurate completion of timesheet.
  • Shall perform as supplemental personnel as needed for all Installation Service functional areas.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications
    • Education/Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Must have a valid Passport.
    • Must have and maintain a valid U. S. SECRET or Interim Secret Security Clearance prior to deployment.
    • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English fluently.
    • Must be able to pass employment and deployment qualification requirements that include psychological, medical, dental, drug testing, background checks, etc.
    • Candidates must successfully complete both online and hands on CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear) defense training. Training includes the successful fit testing of DoD provided protective gear.
  • Experience
    • A minimum of one year of general cleaning experience.
    • Shall be familiar with applicable fire prevention, ground safety, smoking, and security standards.
  • Skills
    • Good communication, teamwork and customer service skills.
    • Must be familiar with Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.
    • Able and willing to work periods of long hours to meet mission requirements
    • Military experience in a contingency environment and knowledge and experience working with government contracts preferred.
  • Working Environment
    • Work will be inside and outside. Exposure to cold, dust, noise, and chemicals may occur. Overtime and shift work may be required depending on contractual needs.   • Perform as Facility Manager and coordinate with the Lead Maintenance Technician and other designated Facility Managers and Alternate Facility Managers to ensure cleaning and maintenance duties are accomplished in assigned buildings IAW the PWS.
  • Responsible for monitoring other country nationals in accordance with AFCENTI 32-1002 and obtain escort badge.
  • Responsible for communicating and upholding company standards, leading by example, working as a team and providing well maintained equipment and facilities.
  • Prepares reports, enforces safety and performance standards.
  • Shall perform work in a safe manner that presents a clean, neat and professional appearance while maintaining satisfactory facility and equipment conditions.
  • Oversees and performs custodial work including, but not limited to, restroom cleaning and supply replenishment, floors, baseboards, corners and wall/floor edges, light fixtures, interior glass/mirrors, sink and counter, laundry rooms, tables/desks, water potted plants, dusting, spot cleaning, outdoor patio cleaning, collect/remove trash, clean refrigerators/microwaves, sort linen, resupply clean linen, and restock linen closet as specified in the PWS.
  • Shall provide on-call and over and above cleaning services as needed.
  • Shall provide driving and loading/unloading assistance with deliveries of supplies, bottled water and newspapers.
  • Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, sanitary, healthy, presentable, professional atmosphere, free of dust, clutter and trash in all working facilities and areas.
  • Responsible for maintaining a comprehensive, flexible, and properly documented training program.
  • Responsible for proper utilization and safeguarding of all government and contractor provided property (e.g., to include government facilities, equipment and tools).
  • Responsible for precise execution of company time reporting procedures and accurate completion of timesheet.
  • Assist with transporting OCN staff to and from badging appointment and Signing for badges as a UPC
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Working Environment

  • Work will be inside and outside. Exposure to cold, dust, noise, and chemicals may occur.
  • Overtime and shift work may be required depending on contractual needs.
  • Employee must comply with all Federal, State and Local regulations and published Company work rules as well as written instructions.
  • Task specific work environment training will be provided as required.
  • Must be prepared to function in a wartime environment to support U. S. interests.
  • 100% Overseas Assignment.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education/Certifications: One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have a valid U. S. Passport and U. S. Driver’s License.
  • Must have capability of obtaining an Air Force flight line driver’s license and capable of driving a manual transmission.
  • Must have and maintain a valid U. S. SECRET or Interim Secret Security Clearance prior to deployment.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English fluently.
  • Must be able to pass employment and deployment qualification requirements that include psychological, medical, dental, drug testing, background checks, etc.
  • Candidates must successfully complete both online and hands on CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear) defense training. Training includes the successful fit testing of DoD provided protective gear.

Experience

  • A minimum of two years of working within a custodial and/or maintenance environment with progressive supervisory/training experience.
  • Shall have knowledge of applicable fire prevention, ground safety, smoking, and security standards, and be able to provide knowledgeable, courteous and professional customer service.
  • Experience as a Forklift driver and HAZMAT training preferred.

Skills

  • Great communication, teamwork and customer service skills.
  • Must be skilled with Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.
  • Able and willing to work periods of long hours to meet mission requirements
  • Military experience in a contingency environment and knowledge and experience working with government contracts preferred.

The Cleaning Technician Lead is responsible for the scheduling of personnel, work supervision and quality control of custodial services as specified in the Performance Work Statement for Recreational Service areas such as the Lodging facilities, Fitness Centers, Lounges, Community Activity Centers, Learning Resource Center, Media Center and Theaters. The Cleaning Technician Lead reports to the Base Custodial Manager and may supervise the following position(s): Cleaning Technicians.

Position Overview:
The Vehicle/Equipment Cleaner 1 operates under the supervision of the Fleet Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for cleaning, washing, and detailing construction vehicles, plant machinery, and equipment. This role ensures that all company assets are well-presented, properly maintained, and meet safety and operational readiness standards.

Responsibilities

Clean construction vehicles, trucks, and heavy equipment using hand tools, pressure washers, brushes, and cleaning agents.

Remove mud, oil, concrete, dust, and chemical residues from machinery surfaces and undercarriages.

Apply appropriate cleaning techniques to sensitive components like radiators, filters, and electronics.

Inspect equipment during cleaning for leaks, wear, damage, or required maintenance and report findings.

Clean and sanitize operator cabins, windows, seats, dashboards, and control panels.

Refill fluids like windshield wash or radiator water where authorized.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cleaning yard and washdown area.

Operate mobile pressure washers and other cleaning equipment safely.

Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to site safety guidelines at all times.

Keep records of cleaned vehicles and equipment, tagging those ready for service or requiring maintenance.

KCPE or KCSE certificate preferred.

Health and Safety training (e.g., NCA, OSHA, or equivalent) preferred.

Experience:

1+ year experience in vehicle, machinery, or industrial cleaning preferred.

Familiarity with construction equipment and materials is an added advantage.

Skills:
