**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

- Report directly to the Sales and Events Manager
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and requirements
- Develop event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met
- Source, negotiate, and manage vendors and suppliers
- Conduct site visits and supervise event setup and breakdown
- Manage event budgets to ensure cost-effective execution
- Prepare post-event reports and gather client feedback
- Stay updated with industry trends and innovative event concepts
Ideal Profile
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
- Proven experience as an Events Coordinator or similar role (minimum 2 years)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of project management tools is a plus
- Creative mindset with keen attention to detail
- Female Arabic speaker preferred
- Must reside in Doha, Qatar, and be able to join immediately with available NOC and valid QID
