**Your Day to Day**
As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the Human Resources Department and other departmental managers in the day-to-day HR operations including clerical and administrative duties. You will support in the different areas of HR by providing by first-class employee relations services to deliver an excellent colleague experience.
**What We Need From You**
Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:
- Similar experience in a luxury hotel/resort
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Creative
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work in large and diverse team
- Experience using HRIS is an advantage
