ABOUT THE ROLE - Offshore Facilities Commissioning Manager
Siamo alla ricerca di un Commissioning Manager altamente qualificato per la gestione delle attività di commissioning su impianti offshore (piattaforme, FPSO, moduli gas, etc.). Il candidato selezionato sarà responsabile della pianificazione, supervisione e verifica delle fasi di commissioning fino alla consegna dell’impianto al cliente o al team operativo.
Responsabilità principali:
- Coordinare tutte le attività di commissioning offshore, garantendo la conformità a specifiche tecniche, standard di sicurezza e tempistiche di progetto.
- Gestire team multidisciplinari (meccanico, elettrico, strumentale, HSE).
- Collaborare con il Project Manager, il team di costruzione e i tecnici di pre-commissioning.
- Supervisionare la messa in servizio dei sistemi principali (processo, utility, power generation, telecomunicazioni, etc.).
- Validare i piani di commissioning, i test packages e la documentazione tecnica (P&ID, DCS logic, loop checks).
- Gestire eventuali non-conformità e proporre soluzioni operative.
- Garantire il rispetto degli standard internazionali (API, IEC, ISO) e delle normative locali.
- Redigere report tecnici giornalieri e finali di avanzamento.
- Laurea in Ingegneria (Meccanica, Elettrica, Chimica o simili) o comprovata esperienza equivalente.
- Almeno 15 anni di esperienza in commissioning di impianti Oil & Gas offshore.
- Conoscenza approfondita dei sistemi strumentali, elettrici e meccanici.
- Esperienza in ambiente multiculturale e in team internazionali.
- Certificazioni HSE (es. BOSIET, HUET, H2S) obbligatorie.
- Ottima padronanza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata).
