We are looking for a finance leader in Doha to drive FP&A, P&L management, and cost optimization across digital and insurance projects. The role involves building financial models, aligning IFRS with tech standards.
Responsibilities- Own financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and product-level P&L management.
- Prepare management reports for CEO/CTO with focus on ROI, unit economics, and growth metrics.
- Optimize costs - set up cost allocation, manage CapEx vs OpEx (incl. R&D), and drive FinOps with engineering teams.
- Align Group Finance (IFRS, compliance) with tech/product standards, ensuring audit readiness.
- Support partnerships & deals - build financial models for Big Tech, universities, and venture collaborations; manage due diligence and scenario analysis.
- Proven experience in financial management or consulting (Big4 / Strategy / FP&A).
- Strong understanding of technology business models: SaaS, marketplaces, digital services.
- Solid background in international financial standards (IFRS, M&A, audit).
- Ability to communicate with C-level leadership and provide clear financial recommendations.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Long-term service agreement contract with QIC
