As a Financial Controller, your daily tasks will include analyzing financial statements, participating in strategy meetings, and applying your expertise to influence crucial business decisions. You will collaborate closely with different departments to confirm the accuracy and alignment of all financial records with established guidelines. How You'll Make an Impact

• Having a clear understanding of financial statements and with analytical skills with strong reasoning abilities.
• Controller plays the pivotal role as business partner to BU.
• Report and present various business KPIs as required by local management and HUB.
• Ensure the accuracy of project books and records with collaboration with CPMs. Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, including SAP, Siemens-FRG, and local GAAP requirements.
• P&L and balance sheet review with the team (AR / AP / change in NCE / WIP/ GIT, GR/IR clearing etc.) and analyze the cash flow.
• Ability to Analyze Hedge accounting and FX impact and ability to analyze w2w figures.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting with at least 3-5 years' experience in controlling. Proficiency with standard accounting principles.
• Preparation of annual budget, business plans & monthly forecasts and report on the financial status for a portfolio / product line. Coordinate monthly reporting activities.
• Drive performance controlling and continuous improvement programs. Drive annual reorganization in SAP. Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting. Ensure smooth month-end and year-end close processes and maintain clean booked & records.
• The role also demands strong collaboration skills, team player as well as strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders, at various levels and thorough understanding of Siemens Energy Guidelines.
• Strong competence in using IT Tools including Microsoft (especially Excel, PowerPoint), EPM+ & relevant data analysis tools and visualization, SAP, SMART reports and Salesforce applications.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Bachelor of Business Administration (Management)

As a Financial Controller, you will work directly with the finance director, heading up the day-to-day financial activities including preparation of month-end accounts, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and prepayments, audits, and year-end statutory accounts. You will be responsible for setting and checking targets and monitoring the performance of each department within the business in line with their set budgets.

• Oversee all regulatory compliance issues
• Prepare and submit information to statutory authorities including HMRC
• Liaise with external advisers on the preparation of statutory financial information
• Prepare monthly accounts (P&L and balance sheet)
• Preparation of annual statutory accounts
• Preparation of tax computations (VAT and corporation tax)
• Prepare payroll figures
• Cashflow statements
• Develop the forecasting models (P&L, balance sheet, and cashflow)
• Review company internal controls
• Annual budgeting
• Bank facility requirement documentation

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce.

Fully qualified ACA with previous financial control experience.

Must have at least 5 - 7 years of intensive work experience.

Able to challenge the status quo and drive through changes.

Up-to-date knowledge of accounting regulations.

Software expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, hands-on experience in any accounting software, and able to work on modern ERP & IT systems is an advantage.

Good understanding of business as well as financial issues.
