Accountability
- Prepare and complete relevant QA/QC documentation for all activities and support RCA (Root Cause Analysis) investigations.
- Follow Gas Game/AMS ME (Maintenance Execution) process and use SAP tools to manage notifications, work orders, material management, and job history recording.
- Create and maintain a harmonious industrial relations climate in order to minimize conflict.
- Lead/ Liaise with contractor partners for maintenance activities and services provided by contractors related to maintenance.
- Able to work effectively with minimum supervision and able to take important technical & business decisions.
- Strong team player with highly effective communications towards stakeholders / interpersonal & coaching skills.
- Have ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and services.
- To be able to coach and train National Mechanical Technicians, Trainees and Contractor Partner personnel.

- Participate in on call Duty Roster, working additional time &/or weekends upon request.
Dimensions
- The Instrument Maintenance Technician is part of the Asset Maintenance Team - Liquid Processing Area responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance activities for pearl GTL complex.
- Contribute to maintaining equipment reliability and availability to maintain plant production. Support Project QA/QC commissioning. Demonstrate additional skill and responsibility to support Supervisor and lead others.
**What we need from You**
- Experience in calibration, repair troubleshooting and analysis of equipment failure is required
- Knowledge and experience in Instrument Distributed Control Systems, Programmable Logic Controllers, Field Instrument Installation, Maintenance Execution and Instrumented Protective devices Inspection and Testing is required.
- Establish materials and equipment required to correctly complete all allocated tasks.
- First intervention in troubleshooting and analysis
- Access tasks and ensure accurate history of maintenance & inspection activities within the Computerized Maintenance Management System.
- The incumbent shall have the ability to work in a team in a multicultural environment and must be able to communicate effectively. Fluency in both written and verbal English is mandatory. given
- Lead by example, coordinate complex operations with other stakeholder with respect of professionalism
- Lead and direct the group of Shell team and Contractor partners for the assigned jobs/ tasks.
- Coaching and develop National Technicians embedded within Maintenance team and ability to mentor junior colleagues.

**Job Purpose**:
To optimize production downtime when executing maintenance activities contributing to the development and review of risk assessments.
**Your main duties will be to**:

As a Lead Maintenance Technician - Residential, you will be responsible activities related to maintenance of residential buildings housing QR group staff. Ensure compliance with QR rules, regulations, standards and guidelines.

- Responsible for activities related to maintenance of residential properties (ex. general maintenance, room preparation, welcome kits delivery). Ensure all activities related to preventative, scheduled and work orders are addressed. Ensure the work quality of all project works is as per Qatar Airways standards. - Visit each and every property every day allocated within the zone to check for any government notices or unresolved maintenance request by the Owner maintenance team. Conduct timely inspection of vital systems within the property as schedule provided.
- Ensure request from the Accommodation section such as inventory check in / out are carried out in time and diligently.
- Ensure all Service Provider personnel adhere to safety standards include PPE.

Respond and attend to guest repair requests. Communicate with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues. Job Description:
- Responsible for regular updates of the supervisor on all relevant information
- Responsible for safe working practices and carrying out operations according to maintenance instructions and safety instructions
- Responsible for accurate and real-time backreporting of work performed
- Accountable for raising sales lead to the supervisor
- Accountable for the end-users and site safety
Experience:
- Min 2+ yrs of experience in maintenance with relevant education
- Diploma Engineering in Electrical/Electronics/Automation streams or equivalent
- Candidates with basic IT skills will be given a preference
- Candidates with basic digital foundation skills will be the right candidate for this position
Service Operations:
- Accountable for the end-users and the site safety
