As a General Manager, you will be responsible for the growth and profitability of your very own operation while ensuring that we are providing first class experience. As an essential part of the team, you will be responsible for the development of your very own branches while driving profitability as you train and develop your staff.
You will provide also Leadership to achieve the key objectives of the company and build a strong brand in the industry. You will be responsible for the overall performance of the company in terms of both operational & financial areas. You will be responsible to develop & execute the business plan & the achievement of Key Performance Indicators in the areas of customer, financial, internal business processes, people & suppliers. You will Design, Plan & Manage all company resources to enhance value to all company stakeholders.
**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Ensure the effective process of all types of car rental transactions
- Provide exemplary customer service and issue resolution
- Participate in all areas of employee management
- Understand cost control and achieve individual sales goals
- Monitor prices and set rates for walk-ups
- Uphold company standards and processes
- Increase the market penetration of the branches and increase revenue
- Actively participate in the training, coaching, and mentoring of the Management Trainees, Rental Sales Agents, Return Agents and all other staff
- Complete performance reviews on all employees and hold a meeting with the individual to discuss strengths and weakness
- Organize and facilitate weekly staff meetings to keep employees motivated and informed of business operations
- Handle or assist in the resolution of customer service issues if other staff members are unable to.
**Your Qualities**
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to manage stressful or unusual situations to maintain good customer service
- A bachelor’s degree & or similar professional qualification. An MBA or a relevant post-graduate degree or logistics
- Minimum of 6 years experience in the 3rd party logistics (warehousing/transport) industry with at least 02 year’s experience in a similar capacity in Qatar / GCC.
- Excellent Analytical & Communication skills ( A good command of English both written & spoken is essential).
- Excellent relationship management, networking & negotiation skills
- Experience in overseas logistics operations (especially in Qatar / Middle East / GCC) would be definite advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Essential Job Duties
- Provide a full range of administrative support to intelligence analytic activities, including:
- Receipt, storage, and issue of supplies and equipment;
- Pick-up and delivery;
- Warehouse operations;
- Shipping and receiving;
- Hazardous material management;
- Property disposition;
- Fleet management;
- Inventory management; and
- Classified waste destruction.
Minimum Requirements
- Active In-Scope TS / SCI clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category, with at least a portion within the last 2 years.
- Master’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or a Bachelor’s degree with an additional 5 years of related senior experience, totaling 17 years, as a substitute for the Master’s degree.
Work Environment
- Normal office conditions.
- Deployment may be required to the Command Forward Headquarters (CFH), Qatar, for contingency support, including travel and relocation.
