- At least 5 years proven experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
- At least 3 years proven experience of working in Qatar.
- In-depth demonstrable knowledge of Qatar labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to develop end-to-end HR processes and drive implementation.
- Experience in Talent Management and Development.
- Fluent Arabic speaker.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer orientated and agile.
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.

Job Description
This position is hospital-based with the largest healthcare provider in Doha.

Salary is up to 32,000 QAR + Apartment + 21,000 School Fees for up to 3 Children + 40 Days Annual leave (non-negotiable).
You will be responsible for carrying out accurately and on a timely basis, finance-related support services (e.g., budgeting, forecasting, preparation of various financial reports and regulatory requirements, management reports, etc.) to various other departments and hospitals.
• Comply with the company’s set policies, procedures, management and regulatory requirements, and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Stay abreast of the latest finance-related leading practices.
• Prepare and generate required reports under the direction of the Senior Finance Business Partner.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors, and provide all required information to the concerned parties to facilitate the preparation of internal and external audit reports, respectively.
• Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with all other related units to achieve the company’s goals/objectives.
• Ensure that the overall finance-related processes are conducted efficiently and effectively.
• Keep the Senior Finance Business Partner informed of significant issues that may jeopardize the achievement of the company’s goals.
• Identify areas for professional development and act to enhance the professional development of self and others.
