Experience working in mixed-use developments or large-scale property portfolios.
Familiarity with CAFM systems and digital maintenance reporting tools.
Qualifications
Diploma or certification in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
5 years of experience in Facilities Maintenance / HVAC.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Operational knowledge and experience of HVAC-related systems, with knowledge of codes and regulations.
Good understanding of health, safety, and environmental procedures.
Good interpersonal skills.
