The** Munitions Inspector** receives, stores, inspects, tests, transports and maintains U.S. Air Force (USAF) Munitions, Munitions Material Handling Equipment (MMHE), and supporting resources as applicable to the Site. Operates Theater Integrated Combat Munitions Systems (TICMS) and MC2. Ensures compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS).
**Principal Accountabilities**
- Consistently observes and enforces all USAF and host nation explosives safety, AFOSH, and security standards during all explosives and non-explosives operations in assigned sites and temporary duty locations.
- Up channels any issues impacting munitions operations to Munitions Control and Superintendent.
- Takes necessary control and ensures timely response actions during emergencies.
- Conducts all munitions work according to established quality processes, identifying potential problems and recommending solutions.
- May supervise Asian/Local National Munitions Workforce while providing clear instructions about the work.
- Inspects munitions and containers in accordance with 11A-1-10, applicable technical directives.

- Inspects and performs minor maintenance on facilities and installed equipment. Cleans vehicles, equipment and facilities.

- Works necessary hours, to include stand-by duties, to support mission requirements during peacetime and combat contingencies.

- Works in normal office and maintenance shop or warehouse environment and may be required to work outdoors for extended periods.
**Minimum Requirements**
- Must have intermediate knowledge of the USAF Supply, TMO, Munitions and Tech Order systems or US service equivalent.
- Must be proficient in the use of personal computers and Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office to include as a minimum Power Point, Excel and Word programs.
- May be required to operate material handling equipment.
- Must possess a valid home country driver's license and ability to obtain host nation driver's license.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have a minimum four years of experience with Military Munitions.
- Must have completed formal USAF Munitions Systems training or US Service equivalent.
- Must be Certified Munitions Inspector and/or award of SEI 836.

- Verify that the scope of work is completed in accordance with applicable safety, environmental and quality standards.
**About this role**
- Witness and review AUT scans performed by the NDT subcontractor to verify compliance with the approved NDT procedures and ITPs. Review all reports and all radiographs if applicable;
- Witness MUT/MT activities as required for repairs and manual welds;
- Promote quality awareness, emphasizing excellence, continuous improvement and corrective action to influence the overall success of company business;
- Ensure suppliers/contractors use relevant, up to date codes, standards, specifications, and procedures;

- 10+ years relevant experience with AUT using Pipe Wizard system;
- Significant experience in working as client representative on pipe laying projects;
- Experience of working with ECA based acceptance criteria;
- Experience of AUT of fatigue sensitive welds;
- Able to perform, comply, audit and make assessments of Safety Management System (Advance Safety Auditing, Behavior Safety System, JSA's, act) and have competency in safety procedures;
- Knowledge of health and safety systems e.g. Job Hazard Analysis, permit to work, safety auditing;
- Knowledge and experience in monitoring quality control activities in fabrication shops and yards, onshore and offshore facilities;
