This is a full-time on-site Interior Architecture role located in Lusail. The Interior Architect will be responsible for space planning, creating furniture schedules, and art design. It involves close coordination with engineering teams and suppliers to identify and resolve connectivity issues, verify service delivery, and contribute to continuous improvement of the passenger connectivity experience.
Some Of The Tasks Include The Following
- Monitor and access performance portals and supplier dashboards for each connectivity system on a daily and weekly basis to track service status, performance metrics, and incident logs across different aircraft types.
- Generate comprehensive monthly and quarterly performance reports that include detailed analysis of bandwidth usage, user session trends, service uptime, by aircraft type, supplier, and route network.
- Analyze SLA compliance for each supplier by comparing actual system performance against contractual KPIs (e.g., minimum availability %, latency) and escalate discrepancies or persistent issues to management and vendor contacts.
- Manage data dashboards and automated reports using tools like Power Point that present IFEC quality performance, usage insights, and refund case volumes in a visual and accessible format for Management.
- Conduct routine quality checks and validation tests on IFEC portals across various fleets, including Wi-Fi login flows, portal content access, digital menu accuracy, and responsiveness to user interaction.
- Perform functional testing and verification for any new or updated digital features, content, or layout changes on the passenger portal, ensuring successful deployment across all aircraft configurations and reporting any inconsistencies or bugs.

As the Senior Projects Analyst, you will role support the planning, coordination, and governance of divisional projects within the Product Development & Design (PDD) portfolio. You will ensure that project documentation, reporting, and performance tracking are maintained to high standards, enabling effective decision-making and alignment with strategic priorities. You will work closely with the Manager Project Strategy and Planning to support project governance, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

- Support the implementation and maintenance of standardized project management frameworks, tools, and templates ensuring compliance with divisional and enterprise-level governance standards (e.g., EPMO).
- Assist in the development and rollout of PMO policies, procedures, and best practices by enforcing project templates and lifecycle models.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including charters, plans, and governance records to enable leadership to make informed decisions and proactively mitigate risks.
- Maintain a centralized project tracker and ensure timely updates from project teams to ensure consolidation of regular reports and dashboards on project status, risks, issues, and KPIs.

We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to be part of our Product Development & Design Division as IFE Entertainment Specialist in Doha.
As the
IFE Entertainment Specialist , you will be responsible for providing operational support in delivering in-flight entertainment content and services. You will contribute in organizing content updates, preparing documentation, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities related to content management. You will also support in the product development of partnership activities, and ensures accurate and timely communication across stakeholders to contribute to a seamless experience aligned with Qatar Airways’ brand standards.
Some Of The Tasks Include The Following:
Support and manage end-to-end inflight content development process, including content acquisition, scheduling, metadata management, and quality assurance. Collaborate with content providers, studios, and distributors to source high-quality movies, TV shows, music, and other entertainment offerings tailored to Qatar Airways’ diverse passenger demographics. Support the identification and management of relationships with content providers, distributors, and licensing agencies to ensure consistent access to premium and high-quality entertainment. Ensure all content selection are aligned with Qatar Airways brand values, passenger demographics, and regional/cultural sensitivities. Conduct regular analysis of content performance using passenger feedback, usage data and industry trends to recommend data-driven enhancements. Assist in managing the content acquisition budget by identifying cost-effective sourcing opportunities while maintaining content quality and variety. Perform other department related duties as directed by Line Manager or Head of Department.

About you
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic professional to join the Product Development and Design.
High School, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with minimum of 5+ years of experience of entertainment, content and media integration systems. Good understanding of content licensing pricing structure and operational costs and Experience managing digital asset libraries or content repositories Familiarity with digital content delivery systems, inflight entertainment platforms, and related technologies. Excellent knowledge of English and Arabic Strong written reporting, attention to detail and communication skills. As the
IFEC Quality Specialist , you will be responsible for generating detailed performance, usage, and SLA compliance reports, conducting regular quality checks, and monitoring system effectiveness across different fleets. It involves close coordination with engineering teams and suppliers to identify and resolve connectivity issues, verify service delivery, and contribute to continuous improvement of the passenger connectivity experience.
Some Of The Tasks Include The Following
Monitor and access performance portals and supplier dashboards for each connectivity system on a daily and weekly basis to track service status, performance metrics, and incident logs across different aircraft types. Generate comprehensive monthly and quarterly performance reports that include detailed analysis of bandwidth usage, user session trends, service uptime, by aircraft type, supplier, and route network. Analyze SLA compliance for each supplier by comparing actual system performance against contractual KPIs (e.g., minimum availability %, latency) and escalate discrepancies or persistent issues to management and vendor contacts. Manage data dashboards and automated reports using tools like Power Point that present IFEC quality performance, usage insights, and refund case volumes in a visual and accessible format for Management. Conduct routine quality checks and validation tests on IFEC portals across various fleets, including Wi-Fi login flows, portal content access, digital menu accuracy, and responsiveness to user interaction. Perform functional testing and verification for any new or updated digital features, content, or layout changes on the passenger portal, ensuring successful deployment across all aircraft configurations and reporting any inconsistencies or bugs. Perform other department related duties as directed by Line Manager or Head of Department.

About You
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic professional to join the Product Development and Design.
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Media, Communications, Engineering, IT or any related discipline) with a minimum of 5 years experience in a role involving content operations, digital media management and or IFEC-related responsibilities. Familiarity with IFE systems, digital platforms, software testing protocols (ATP), and content management platforms is a strong advantage. Demonstrated experience in project management, with the ability to plan, coordinate and execute content and system updates across multiple platforms and stakeholders. Understanding of aviation safety, compliance, and data protection standards and experience working with SLAs, system dashboards, and supplier portals Strong attention to detail and proactive mindset with ability to identify issues early and implement solutions independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners. Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, preferably with experience in creating performance dashboards, tracking project timelines and preparing reports for management review.
