Responsibilities: - Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs - Design and implement new production systems and equipment - Monitor and evaluate the performance of production processes - Ensure compliance with safety regulations - Collaborate with other engineers and production personnel to troubleshoot issues - Train production staff on new processes or equipment - Maintain accurate records of process changes, improvements, and cost savings
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field - Proven experience in process optimization, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations - Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
