**TASKS**
- Read & understand technical documentations (PID, SLD, OIM, Industrial scheme)
- Gather & report necessary information from technical documentation to build equipment hierarchy breakdown
- Recover on client site the missing information from documentation (name plates, equipment tag, manufacturer name, model of equipment, characteristics )
- Elaborate spare parts / Bill Of Material BOM recommendations for equipment identified in the equipment hierarchy according to manufacturer & client specifications
- Define spare parts SAP characteristics according to client specifications
- Follow objectives set up with Asset hierarchy & Spare part leaders according to the planning and scope of work
- Ensure commitment to all HSE rules & requested behavior to adopt on an Industrial Oil & Gas site
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electricity or Instrumentation fields,
- Position based in Doha or Ras Laffan (Qatar)
- Good mastering of MS Office is mandatory (Excel / Word)
- Knowledge of SAP is recommended

  12. Maintain and foster relationships with key local stakeholders, regulators, and industry leaders under the department's guidance, to support business opportunities and ensure regulatory compliance.
  13. Analytical Ability: Ability to give personal insight on detailed problems and offer process improvements. Ability to understand complex uncertain problems and ideas, and offer operational advice. Ability to correlate different variables (availability, reliability, degradation, soiling) and produce cogent analysis, disseminate and share reports as per process & stakeholder needs, link issues and project manage Asset management solutions.
  14. Monitoring & Controlling: Manage all aspects of monitoring, linking, coordinating and control processes and implement corrective actions to secure maximum business contribution.
  15. Strategic Contribution: Ensure effective cascading of the divisional strategy into asset business plans to ensure vertical alignment and horizontal integration with other interfacing strategies.
  16. Budgeting and Financial Planning: Support and contribute to all aspects of planning, budgeting, reporting and controlling, including taking corrective cost actions for significant projects. Be involved in the yearly budget preparation for Asset Management department and also each local asset. Financial performance indicators versus budget should be monitored through the year to understand and pinpoint the variances.
  17. Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures: Support the development of required department policies, systems, processes, procedures and controls covering all areas of assigned functional area, so that all relevant business requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service in a consistent manner.
  18. Continuous Improvement: Advise management of any potential continuous improvement opportunities for department systems, processes and practices considering global standards and changes in the business environment which demand proactive action plans.
  19. Reporting: Ensure that all department reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet QEWC requirements, policies and quality standards.

Internal: Chief Asset Management Officer, Manager - Asset Management Qatar, Other QEWC functions including O&M, HSE, Finance, Business Support and Internal Audit, Relevant Committees.

External: Asset Organizations, Regulatory Bodies & Government, International Stakeholders, Clients.

Context, Work environment & DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY: Key decisions significantly impacting the Asset Management department are referred to the Chief Asset Management Officer for approval before implementation. The job holder possesses delegated authority as determined by the company's Board of Directors and outlined in the corporate authority matrix, enabling effective and compliant management.
