Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire sales process, from identifying potential prospects to building long-term partnerships through effective networking.
  • Coordinate and conduct Individual Cooking Experience (ICE) sessions with prospective customers.
  • Plan and deliver training sessions for dealers, wholesalers, and other Unox partners, focusing on post-sales support, including installation, maintenance, and product operation.

  • Create detailed reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information through the company’s CRM system.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry activities, providing regular feedback to management.
  • Represent UNOX at trade shows and enhance brand visibility through various channels, including social media.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Arabic and English and an excellent level of French , enabling smooth communication in an international environment
  • Experience in sales roles, preferably within the food, beverage, or equipment supply sectors, is considered an advantage
  • Culinary or baking knowledge is a must, with hands-on kitchen experience being highly valued
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing personality
  • Enthusiastic, problem-solving, and adaptable team player
  • Must hold a valid passport with eligibility to travel internationally, including to countries in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East
  • Specifically, must be able to travel to: Kuwait, Qatar, Iraq, Syria, Algeria, Tunisia, and Morocco without restrictions

Reports To: Reception Manager, Workshop Supervisors, Team Leaders, Technicians

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Establish rapport and trust with customers.
  2. Document vehicle problems by listening to customers describe them and by asking probing questions.
  3. Road-test customer vehicles to confirm problems and, after service, to ensure that repairs have been completed.
  4. Maintain extensive contact with customers, providing estimates on service and repairs before jobs begin, explaining the appointment/scheduling system, and establishing the method of payment for repairs (cash, warranty, etc.).
  5. Maintain communication with the Workshop Controller and Technicians to obtain updates and status of repairs.
  6. Offer additional maintenance and repair services to customers when appropriate.
  7. Undertake additional related responsibilities as required.
COMPENSATION:

Basic: 5500 Qrs
Car Allowance: 1000
Mobile: 250
Company provided accommodation (Single room Sharing Flat accommodation)

After 6 months:
Family Ticket

QUALIFICATIONS:

  2. Must be capable of handling dissatisfied customers and those confused about repairs and costs of service.
