**About the role**
The role will be responsible to undertake all daily contracts administration duties with the objective of efficient execution on operational level. Provides professional support service with emphasis on accurate and timely processing of all matters.
Some of the tasks include:
- Ensure compliance with related legal requirements, create an effective file management system, register, track and update the contract signature process, maintain an updated comprehensive staff database in order to have updated and easily accessible information for Group Legal.
- Monitor Q-CAS (QR’s contract management system) to ensure accuracy and the end to end processes are completed as per the objectives set by the management which involves administering the flow of the documents from printing, distribution for signatures (physical movement), updating the Q-CAS tasks, and follow up internally and externally.
- Responsible for generating business documentation, including presentation creation and spread sheet preparation and their distribution.
- Scan signed documents and file, input records and maintains information up to date for other team members and whole Group Legal: maintain accurate data into the Office Database and ensure quick access and retrieval.
- Responsible to assist the department with IT related support for raising and organizing new equipment and other IT supplies.
- Take responsibility for own ongoing personal development and growth of expertise.
- Keep abreast with any market trends and developments
- Comply with all relevant company policies and procedures regarding the use, processing, disclosure and security of any information (in any form).
- Ensure full awareness of work health and safety requirements and expectations in order to minimize health and safety risks for self and colleagues.

**About you**
Without a Degree:
- High School Qualification with Minimum 2 years of job-related experience
**OR**
With a Degree**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 1 years of job-related experience
- Experience in a multinational environment preferably in an airline/travel/hotel chain.
**Job Specific Skills**:
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision whilst keeping the Management fully appraised on status.
- Strong communications skills (fluent in English language (verbal/writing))
- Computer Literate with a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Oracle.
- Ability to manage office workflow.
