Ensure cost data integrity across all EPC Contracts and make sure cost information is accurately compiled and reported to Project Management to provide visibility on overall project cost status and performance. Direct project team and provide guidance and expertise to Project Cost Engineers assigned to each one of the EPCs and ensure common understanding and standardized practice of cost control processes in terms of Value Of Work Done (VOWD) reporting, forecast updates, contractors' change orders, trend and contingency management and expenditures allocation. Advise Head Project Controls and NFXP Project Leadership Team of any potential cost issues, provide guidance on corrective action and measures to mitigate any adverse trends. In conjunction with Head Project Controls develop and implement corrective actions and recovery plans ensuring these are implemented in a timely manner. Provide support for EPC tenders technical evaluations during Pre-EPC phase by developing Tender Evaluation Plans, facilitating and coordinating the technical evaluation process, developing Technical Bid Evaluation reports and getting required approvals from project management and NFPS committees. **About this role**

- Final settlement claims and assist in contract close-out procedures
- Track all commercial actions to ensure completion in a timely manner

**What you need to bring**
- Should have a BSc degree in QS or equivalent from recognized university with MRICS or MAIQS professional qualification.
- Master’s Degree preferred
- Shall have minimum of 15 years demonstrable postgraduate experience in all facets of the Quantity Surveying profession; all of which shall have been applicable to the capacity of a professional Quantity Surveyor working in a professional Consultancy practice or Employers’ organization.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in procurement methods for consultancy and construction contracts as well as International contracting conditions and laws.
- Preferably, have minimum 5 years’ experience in the gulf region
