Job Description The Social Media Assistant / Content Creator is responsible for ensuring that all the social media is handled in an efficient manner. Requirements: Social media content creation and planning. Ability to create engaging and impactful content for hotel’s social media channels and work together with photographers, videographers and creatives to create content. Manage an effective social media strategy to support the overall business objectives for the property. Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity. Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns. Managing a high volume of daily social media posts. Languages: Fluent Arabic and English: spoken, written, and in documentation.

Prior work with or within government entities, regulated industries, or large-scale public sector digital programs.
Familiarity with national digital communication policies or regional content governance norms.
