About The Role

As a Paid Media Specialist (App Growth), you will be responsible for creating and managing digital media campaigns across various online platforms to drive mobile app growth. You will design, implement, and evaluate performance-driven campaigns focused on acquiring high-value app users, increasing engagement, and maximizing retention. Using your expertise in app-specific tools, attribution models, and market insights, you will optimize spend and report on campaign effectiveness across key growth metrics.

Other Key Responsibilities Are

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, display, programmatic, and OEM platforms to promote app growth. Measure and report campaign performance against goals, including ROAS, CAC, and retention metrics. Identify trends and insights using advanced analytics to optimize spend, targeting, and creative performance. Brainstorm and implement innovative growth strategies through planning meetings and business reviews with internal and external stakeholders. Design and run A/B and multivariate experiments to improve onboarding flows, re-engagement tactics, and conversion rates. Utilize strong analytical ability to spot trends, improve performance, and optimize campaigns. Collaborate with external vendors to introduce innovation and contribute to the App digital maturity of Qatar Airways. Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership for adoption where appropriate. Create and manage digital campaign budgets, ensuring alignment with KPIs and efficient delivery across channels. Collaborate with internal departments including creative, marketing, regional digital, brand marketing, digital product and digital insights to deliver fully integrated campaigns. Implement deep linking and deferred attribution strategies for seamless cross-channel user experiences. Analyze cohort data, user segmentation, and retention metrics to refine targeting and improve LTV. Coordinate with developers on app updates, tracking integrations, and technical troubleshooting. Prepare and present detailed performance reports to internal stakeholders. Stay ahead of mobile growth trends, AI-driven optimization techniques, and emerging ad platforms. Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities including partnerships Educate internal teams on best practices in app growth, ad tech, and user retention methodologies. Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Digital Marketing & Acquisition Team.

Minimum qualification of bachelors degree or equivalent is essential. 5+ years of proven working experience in digital marketing within airline, media agency, travel management companies or top tech brand. Experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, DV360, Meta, Apple and other social media and Display Platforms Proven expertise in mobile measurement platforms (MMPs) such as Adjust, Appsflyer, Branch, and analytics tools like Firebase and GA4. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and convert Proficiency in A/B and multivariate testing methodologies. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at our office in Doha, Qatar. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating text and image content, managing social media accounts, devising and implementing strategies, and ensuring our company and client sentiment are accurately represented. The ideal candidate will be up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and have a strong understanding of the social media market in the Middle East.
Roles & Responsibilities:Create engaging and effective text and image content for various digital platforms.
Devise and implement social media strategies to meet the company's and clients' needs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and techniques.
Monitor and manage social media accounts to proactively update the strategy.
Interact with users to build brand awareness and increase engagement.
Produce, edit, and publish video content (huge plus).
Analyse and report on social media metrics to continuously improve performance.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and the digital marketing landscape.
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies.
A portfolio of previous work that demonstrates your digital marketing experience and skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
