**Functional Responsibilities**
- **Execute annual marketing plan digital and outdoor advertising for each business **unit in line with the business plan including the promotional activities, ATL/BTL activities, customer management etc.
- Follow up in digital and social media and report periodically on performance and updates required.
- Participate in recommending and executing effective media that produce strong presence of our brands and leverage the image.

- Communicate promotions/campaigns and tactics well in advance with the operation and supply chain team to ensure sufficient stocks at all time.
- Produce various kinds of marketing reports as required for the business that help in monitoring the business performance.
- Engaged in PR functions that enable organization to promote its brands & get publicity mileage.
- Ensure following policies, procedures& processes necessary to run the department efficiently.
- Execute researches focusing on market base, our share, competitor’s activities, pricing, and other domain areas as required by the businesses.
- Maintain healthy business relations with internal customers (HODs, operations, staff etc.) & external customers (media, business partners, advertising agencies, related govt. authorities, suppliers & principals etc.)
