• Plan the progression of the project drawings and come out with the schedule to follow for the projects keeping the dead line, project requirements and other things in mind. • To be able to coordinate with client and consultants for drawing approvals. • Checking/Verifying the drawings/calculations prepared, recognizing and implementing the changes to be made. • Analyzes engineering sketches, specifications and related data and drawings to determine design factors such as size, shape and arrangement of parts. • Sketches rough layouts and computes angles, weights, surface areas, dimensions, radii, clearances, tolerances, leverages and location of holes. • Plans and formulates engineering program and organizes project staff according to project requirements. • Assigns project personnel to specific phases or aspects of project such as technical studies, product design, preparation of specifications and technical plans, and product testing. • Reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards and customer contract requirements, and related specifications. • Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling and resolving engineering design and test problems. • Implementing QHSE Management System in their area • Responsible for achieving the objectives in their area
Requirements
• 10 years experience in Construction (MEP Division) field. • Must be experienced in design of HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection System. • Required computer skills include: commercial cooling/heating load calculation software, MSOffice, and Auto CAD • Experience with coordinated shop drawings of mechanical systems as well as electrical systems. • The individual will involve projects; design HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for projects of various types. • Types of projects include full service hotels, condominums, spec office buildings, tenant up-fits and garden style apartments. • Good interpersonal skills are necessary • Good communication skills both written and verbal in English • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering required

- Carrying root cause analysis, complete the process data sheets with mechanical details to fully detail the equipment specification, perform engineering calculations using software, as per codes and standards.

- Review and evaluate supplier proposals and prepare bid tabulations.
- Select, size, and determine costs to meet process design and mechanical performance requirements.

- Provide technical support to multiple projects and operations, as per the requirement, meeting the required quality of work & schedule
- Support in training of new and/or trainee Engineers to ensure that they are equipped with the necessary skills to independently perform their tasks. Exchange knowledge with colleague Engineers.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
