- Takes responsibility for ensuring optimal use of database functionality to support Culture Pass membership.
- Coordinates extraction of information from the database and imports to relevant websites such as Mailchimp.
- Develops written documentation, internal operating procedures and end user instructions. Trains and notifies museum staff of changes to data entry and operational policies and procedures and provides ongoing technical assistance.
- Keeps stock of Culture Pass tiers cards and other member related material. Liaises with museum staff to replenish card stock.
- Provides database quality control; investigates and resolves data and reporting inconsistencies; develops and implements workflow, data entry, collection and reporting procedures.
- Works collaboratively with IT staff in the planning process and to discuss Membership goals; ensures the database provides the required information and is used to its fullest capacity.
- May serve as liaison with outside agencies and subcontractors on data analysis and reporting issues and needs; determines needs and designs reports or other methods to meet needs.
- May serve as the contact for software vendor regarding database maintenance, product problems and services; collaborates with management regarding annual service contract negotiations.
- Provides insights for future business based on data reports.
- Leads third party technical projects related to Culture Pass presence on external stakeholders’ platforms.
- Takes charge of member inquiries related to technical issues involving database and website matters.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

The incumbent will also ensure to educate the cardholders and merchants on the use of the latest technologies (e.g., chip card).
Your core responsibilities include acting as a problem solver for cardholders and merchants by liaising the activities between branches and EBD. You will assist the Head in providing training to customer service representatives of branches at regular intervals to enforce procedural requirements, which in turn increase customer satisfaction.
Additionally, you will provide training to the Customer Care Centre, Branches, and DSA's. You will recommend changes in card processing processes to reduce customer complaints and increase satisfaction levels.
You will be responsible for resolving all customer queries related to card issuing or acquiring business, avoiding delays in responding to customers' requests/calls, and updating comparative pricing structures for all banks issuing cards in Qatar.
Ensuring that credit cardholders' statements are delivered on time and resolving queries related to the non-receipt of card statements while ensuring timely delivery of e-statements for cardholders is also part of your role.
You will compile and present relevant MIS on a periodic basis for the Head of Cards, GM Retail Banking, and the Group.
Minimum Requirements: University graduate with at least 2 years of experience in financial services with a specialization in credit cards business.
