**About the Role**

You will be responsible to ensure receiving, processing and billing of UATP Form 1 through ICH (IATA Clearing House) for Universal Air Travel Plan (UATP) transactions (where QR acts as Merchant) and monitor Simplified Invoicing Settlement (IATA SIS) billing process, and its accounting. To ensure Card billing and assist Stations/end users to resolve card payment related queries. To assist for annual assessment of compliance of PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). To review delivering relevant EWS reports and action. To ensure timely posting of Card receipts into AR Customer Accounts for card collections from BSP/ARC/CTO/ATO/DCS sales channels, resolve discrepancies in bank reconciliation and perform reconciliation of relevant General Ledgers (GL) and submit.

**Responsibilities**
- Consolidate UATP Form 1 (as received from UATP/ATCAN on daily basis) reports into weekly file and validate with weekly SIS Invoice.
- Prepare and create A/R accounting entries for the weekly validated UATP report to respective Station AR Customer Accounts.
- Prepare and create A/P accounting entries for the weekly validated UATP report to respective ICH airline.
- Reconcile the relevant GL accounts and submit for month-end balance.
- Coordinate with stations/QR Offices for payment Card Industry - Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) compliance and take copy of supporting evidence and signed yearly self-assessment form and maintain an organized file.
- Ensure timely posting of Card receipts into AR Customer accounting for BSP/ARC/CTO/ATO/DCS card collections into QR Bank Accounts. Resolve queries/outstanding in bank reconciliations highlighted by HO Treasury team.
- Ensure Card transactions are billed on daily basis by monitoring the process, and assist stations in resolving card payment and processing related queries.
- Review early warning report and card billing discrepancy reports related to card billing and card payment processing and arrange appropriate action/clarification by coordinating with relevant Stakeholders.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

- 4 years of Card Processing experience
- Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
