**What will I be doing?**
As a Cluster Assistant Training Manager, you serve as an integral component of the Human Resources function by supporting learning and development initiatives through Hilton's comprehensive training framework. Specifically, an Assistant Training Manager will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Support departments in developing cutting edge functional excellence and in developing leadership capabilities

4. Manage and organize the development and start-up of new Training Programs as required such as Soft Skills Training Programs.
5. Assess, recommend, and select the most suitable training delivery approach / provider (i.e., Internal or external training, In-house / external Instructor, etc.).
6. Facilitate the delivery of the planned soft skills training and assess the effectiveness of the delivered training.
7. Monitor and manage the performance of the external trainers and instructors when applicable and conduct formal classroom observations to evaluate the effectiveness of delivered training programs and conduct consecutive feedback sessions as needed.
8. Ensure the best utilization of educational technology and training workshops to elevate the soft skill sets of the workforce to effectively meet job requirements.

Job Description
The Department of Management and Human Resources at HEC Paris invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position at open rank. This role is based at our GCC campus in Doha, Qatar, with an anticipated start date in Spring or Fall 2026. We seek candidates with a strong record of research excellence in Organizational Behavior, Organization Theory, Human Resource Management, or broadly related fields.
Successful applicants will be effective educators, prepared to teach a distinctive student body. Students are primarily post-graduate participants enrolled in Executive MBA and Executive Education programs, typically experienced professionals from the GCC region and the wider Arab world. The language of instruction is English. Knowledge of Arabic or French is not required. We particularly welcome research and teaching expertise in areas such as negotiation, leadership, and women in leadership.
