Job Description
We are looking for a knowledgeable Neurosurgeon to be responsible for performing surgeries to assist in rectifying medical conditions that affect the spinal cord, brain, and peripheral nerves. The Neurosurgeon will oversee and coordinate a team of surgeons and nurses to perform surgeries to remove tumors, relieve chronic pain, and treat wounds, vascular disorders, and diseases.
**Neurosurgeon Responsibilities**:
- Overseeing and coordinating teams of surgeons and nurses in the operating theater.
- Operating microscopes for surgeries to perform microsurgeries.
- Ordering, performing, and interpreting results of diagnostic tests, such as MRIs, PET scans, and CT scans.
- Assessing and diagnosing patients, prescribing treatments, and monitoring the patient's progress.
- Meeting with families of patients in surgery and keeping them updated.
- Handling unscheduled emergency surgeries.
- Working with psychiatrists, therapists, and neurologists, and consulting with other departments.
- Performing basic administrative and business tasks, such as keeping records, writing prescriptions, and filling out paperwork.
- Keeping up with new discoveries and attending academic conferences.
**Neurosurgeon Requirements**:
- A Medical degree and the successful completion of Neurosurgery.
- A license and certification to practice Neurosurgery in your current state of practice.
- The ability to read and interpret diagnostic reports.
- Thorough knowledge of human anatomy and microsurgery techniques.
- Excellent hand dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to handle physically and mentally demanding tasks, and work under intense pressure and stress.
- The flexibility to handle a constantly shifting schedule.
Working time is Full-Time - 48 Hours per Week. 06 Days & 01 Day Holiday.

Job Description
Sales Representative are responsible for selling the company’s products by identifying leads, educating prospects on products through phone calls, face to face meetings, presentations and providing exceptional support to existing customers. He/She must be knowledgeable in medical sales, have prior experience in the Qatar market and be able to communicate in Arabic.
**Responsibilities**:
- Arranging appointments and meetings to the clinic, pharmacy and hospital-based healthcare staff to sell and promote company products.
- Evaluate appropriate prospects, schedules appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all products offered.
- Having depth product knowledge and should be able to conduct presentation, demos and relay objection handling.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to promote new or current products.
- Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
- Answer all questions and address all concerns that the customer may have.
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product demos and presentations.
- Coordinate with other sales reps to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring.
- Take orders and disburse receipts.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Must have QATAR ID
- Must have Qatar Driver's License
- Must have NOC or Work Permit (if under family visa)
- University Degree in **Medicine**, **Dermatology, Surgical, Nursing, or related field**:
- Minimum of 2 years of outdoor sales experience, preferred work experience in **selling Medical Equipment, consumables & Derma products & Devices**:
- **Fluent in English**
- Proven success rate at levels above quotas
- Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
- Strong organizational skills
- Commercial awareness
- Effective Communication Skills
- Effective Sales skills
- Excellent Organizational skills
