Minimum 20+ years work experience as a Petroleum Engineer in the oil and gas upstream industry. Knowledge of HAZOP techniques to identify and mitigate well integrity risks and experience facilitating risk assessment workshops. Hands-on experience with Well Integrity Management Software (WIMS). Must be familiar with ISO, API, and NORSOK International Standards related to Well Integrity Management. Experience with the interpretation of cased hole diagnostic logs.
