About the role:
As a Corporate Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for:
· Delivering high-quality corporate performance analysis, reporting and insights to support strategic decision-making.
· Conducting in-depth market research, gather market intelligence and perform competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities and challenges to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of performance data and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align strategic priorities and objectives.
· To support the Business Planning and the Corporate PMO in delivering business planning, management reporting, governance support, project portfolio performance oversight and internal consulting services to the MATAR executive management team and their respective departments.
· Analyze corporate performance metrics and generate detailed reports to support executive decision-making.
· Ensure the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of performance data and reports.
· Develop and maintain dashboards and tools to track KPI’s
· Support MATAR departments to develop their quarterly strategic reports, KPI scorecards and project portfolio updates.
· Support the Head of Corporate Strategy to provide portfolio performance KPIs and quarterly review reports for discussion and analysis.
· Conduct market research and compile actionable insights on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes. Perform competitive analysis to benchmark the airport’s performance and identify areas for improvement.
· Help assess project management maturity across MATAR and provide on-going coaching, training and advisory services on standards, tools and frameworks to each department to consistently support the successfully delivery of their approved project portfolios across MATAR.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of performance tracking with corporate objectives.
QualificationsAbout You:
· Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience
