- Provide strategic advice and guidance on the performance management framework.
- Research best practices in human performance, and design and develop a tailored performance management system.

As an Airside Performance Officer, you will be responsible to plan, monitor and control the activities relevant to the performance of Airside Operations (including but not limited to Ramp handling, GSE handling, and Turnaround coordination) and any other sections as directed by QAS Management.
You will have to ensure consistent delivery of set standards and service reporting tools and techniques, bringing transparency to operational and process performance with the purpose of delivering enhancements in productivity and quality of the loading teams.
Accountabilities:
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Monitor any staff performance improvement action plans developed by line management whilst actively participating in such developments.
- Participate in continuous evaluation and improvement programs for staff based on data and field operations or as identified by line management.
- Assist in the implementation of methodology for continuous improvement plans based on data and field observations as instructed by line management.
- Conduct daily checks to monitor the compliance of staff and identify root cause/s for further discussion with line management.
- Analyze and study the root cause(s) of incident(s), accident(s) and service lapse(s), and provide recommendation to assist line management with the design and implementation of solution(s) to ensure continuous improvement.
- Responsible to conduct the compliance checks to be carried out on ramp and ensure that the corrective actions are in place.

- Sound understanding of the Airside Operational activity of a Ground Handler.
- Experience in performance improvements.

- Good command of English language.
