Support the Projects and Business Development team by providing advice and leveraging previous experience to identify areas that can support End Users through Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) services. This requires a strong knowledge of Naval engineering services, including systems integration, supply chain management, and maintenance planning.

1. Liaise with stakeholders including Military Personnel, External Suppliers, and other departments.
2. Support development of User Requirements, Statements of Work, Tender Documents, and Contracts.
3. Analyze operational data and performance metrics.
4. Present project progress in meetings and reports.
5. Assist the Projects and BD Team as directed.
6. Support operations during contract transition and initial phases, and review performance frameworks.
7. Maintain relationships with End Users and stakeholders.
8. Produce detailed Scopes of Work for maritime support solutions.

Engage in pre-contract activities including requirements gathering, documentation, and contract development, liaising with Legal, HR, and Finance. Report project progress to senior management.

Post-contract, support operations including stakeholder liaison, KPI review, and reporting. Provide advice on maritime regulations and best practices. Develop company policies, guidelines, and Quality Management Systems.

1. Postgraduate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or related field.
2. 10-15 years' experience; Western nationality preferred.
3. Practical experience in Naval MRO, including policies and procedures.
4. Experience in technical documentation, stakeholder management, and business development.
5. International experience, especially in the Middle East, is advantageous.
6. Experience in Change Management, Engineering Management Systems, and Project Management.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Coordinate the stabilization of the SAP SuccessFactors solution and supported processes.

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to stabilize and improve our processes and solutions.
• Manage dependencies with other in-flight initiatives.
• Coordinate activities to ensure a smooth transition between our Application Managed Service teams.
• Design and carry out the change management plan and activities to foster adoption.
• Set up structure and establish a governance framework to support the operations,
• Plan regular activities and interactions to facilitate and mature the operating rhythm

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience (5 years) as a project manager, leading business transformation project is a plus.
• Ability to syndicate stakeholders around digital issues
• Broad understanding of HR, Finance, IT processes, related concepts, and techniques.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with HR solution or transformation program
• Ability to document requirements in 'unambiguous' manner
• Experience in Change Management role (influencing and embedding change)
• Fluent English both spoken and written
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
