Job Purpose:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Housekeeping Public Area Attendant to join our team and help maintain the cleanliness and organization of our hotel's public spaces.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, elevators, and event spaces.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in guest areas to create a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used correctly and are stored safely.
- Report maintenance issues and damages in public areas to the appropriate department.
- Monitor and maintain stock of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to the supervisor.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure a seamless experience for all guests.
- Follow all safety and cleanliness protocols as per hotel standards.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning is preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
