Quality Assurance & Testing
Review and analyze system specifications, technical requirements, and user stories.

Provide clear QA documentation, bug reports, and test evidence in both Arabic and English when required.
Compliance & Standards
Ensure testing processes align with organizational quality standards and client requirements.
- Support security and compliance testing based on national cybersecurity standards (if applicable).
Follow best practices for software testing lifecycle (STLC) and contribute to continuous process improvement.
End-User Support
Assist clients/end-users during UAT sessions in Arabic.
- Provide feedback on usability, accessibility, and overall user experience for Arabic speakers.
- Translate technical explanations and guide non-technical Arabic stakeholders through testing procedures.
