Your Day to Day The Assistant Chief Steward plays a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization within the hotel’s food and beverage operations. This position supports the Chief Steward in overseeing the stewarding team, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and upholding the luxury service standards that our guests expect.
