Job Profile
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Engineer to join our HVAC Aftermarket team within ENIM. This role provides technical expertise and support throughout the HVAC aftermarket sales cycle, acting as a vital link between the sales team and customers. The Sales Engineer will leverage in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and aftermarket products to identify solutions, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC aftermarket products and services.
- Identify upgrade opportunities and propose solutions for maximizing efficiency and performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, procurement) for technical feasibility and project delivery.
- Develop and deliver presentations showcasing the benefits of ENIM's HVAC aftermarket offerings.
- Participate in sales meetings and calls, providing technical insights and answering customer queries.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring adherence to company pricing and terms.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct site visits to evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Provide product training to internal sales teams and external customers.
- Identify trends and opportunities in the HVAC aftermarket, contributing to new sales strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HVAC sales or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and aftermarket solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal (English and Arabic).
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.

SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking an experienced Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems Mechanic to perform various technical and non-technical activities in the support of facilities maintenance overseas in Qatar. Equipment ranges from residential to industrial and commercial equipment.
Essential Job Duties- Inspections, maintains, repairs and installs HVAC equipment (chillers, air handling units, VAV Boxes, variable frequency drives, fan coil units, DX systems, duct, filters etc.) and maintains available back-up assets on hand to ensure operational levels.
- Validates and oversees testing and commissioning of HVAC systems and ensures that O&M manuals and documents are completed.
- Ensures all installations are in compliance with local regulations, and that the unit will provide efficient heating and air conditioning for the spaces.
- Checks for ventilation efficiency of the system and makes adjustments if necessary.
- Shall maintain a computerized database maintenance log of all preventative maintenance inspections (PMIs) done on HVAC to include any major component change or replaced item. Contractor shall identify critical parts to have on hand and get additional technical help within a 24-48 hour time period.
- Able to read as-built drawings and participate in any design package reviews or field surveys for all sustainment, repairs and enhancement projects.
- Performs Quality Assurance monitoring of others performing HVAC work and prepares reports.
- Performs preventive level III maintenance tasks on complex equipment.
- Active in scope TS/SCI security clearance.
- Completion of an HVAC/Refrigeration Apprentice or HVAC certification program.
- Three to five years' of HVAC experience with package and split units.
- At minimum three years' experience with large condenser and chiller units.
- Experience with residential, commercial, and industrial systems.
- Understanding of the Air Force or Army culture, language and expectations for mission success.
- Fluency in a foreign language is desirable, but not required.
- Physical requirements include lifting, climbing, extended sitting or standing, or other physical efforts that are normally required.
