Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in a technical, administrative role, preferably in an IT or tech-related environment.
Strong understanding of technical terms and processes.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with project management software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
