  • Manage payroll calculations, absence/attendance management, work schedules, and time evaluation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory reporting.
  • Conduct system testing, end-user training, and process documentation.
  • Support integrations with SAP modules (e.g., FI, SuccessFactors) and third-party systems.
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM, with expertise in Payroll and Time Management.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and time management rules.
  • Solid understanding of statutory payroll regulations (GCC/MENA region preferred).
  • Proven experience in end-to-end SAP HCM implementations and support.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) and English.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
  • Knowledge of integration with Finance and Controlling (FI/CO).
  • Exposure to ESS/MSS portals and workflow management.
  • SAP certification in HCM Payroll/Time Management.
