Salary: 5,000 – £5 000 per annum (tax-free)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven School Improvement Consultant / Ofsted Inspector to join a leading international school in Doha from August 2025.
The successful candidate will lead school improvement strategies, support senior leadership teams in self-evaluation and strategic planning, and play a key role in driving high standards across the school.
Essential requirements:
Qualified teacher status and extensive senior leadership or consultancy experience Proven record as an Ofsted Inspector (or equivalent inspection experience) Strong expertise in school improvement and quality assurance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A commitment to international education and cultural adaptability
Salary and benefits:
Tax-free salary of 5,000 – £5 000 per annum ( 05,000 – £2 ,000 QAR) Two-bedroom fully furnished apartment with paid utilities Annual return flights and visa/residency for self, spouse, and up to two children 100% tuition fee discount at the school for dependent children End of service gratuity in line with Qatar labour law
