Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage lease agreements, renewals, and related tenant documentation.
  • Handle Kahramaa/water setup, rent collection, and follow up on unpaid dues.
  • Maintain ERP data, property records, and monthly management reports.
  • Ensure properties comply with health, safety, and legal requirements.
  • Conduct site visits, oversee maintenance, and coordinate contractor services.
  • Build strong tenant relationships, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support sales team with availability reports and coordinate property handovers/clearances.
  • Supervise property personnel and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Property Manager in Qatar or the GCC.
  • Strong knowledge of local property laws, government regulations, and utility services (Kahramaa, Baladiya, etc.).
  • Proficiency in ERP/property management systems and maintaining accurate records.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership and decision-making capabilities with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and customer service orientation.

  • Ensures medical records are maintained in a separate, secure and confidential medical file.

  • Facilitates random, reasonable belief and post accident drug testing process (in properties where applicable).

  • Communicates property rules and regulations via the employee handbook.

  • Ensures all safety and security policies (e.g., property removal, lost and found items, blood borne pathogens, accident reporting, and hygiene) are communicated to employees on a regular basis through orientation, property meetings, bulletin boards, etc.

  • Conducts periodic claims reviews with Regional Claims office to ensure claims are closed in a timely manner and reserve levels are appropriate for open claims.

  • Represents Human Resources at the property Safety Committee; helps to identify ways to create awareness of the importance of safety in the workplace and decrease accident frequency and severity.

  • Manages Workers Compensation claims to ensure appropriate employee care and manage costs.

  • Oversees the selection/non-selection and offers processes to ensure proper procedures are followed (e.g., valid reasons for selection/non-selection and applicants receive status notifications).

Verify that individuals meet eligibility requirements for preview package sales/tours prior to scheduling a tour for a Marriott vacation club property. Determine and give complimentaries to guests as gifts for their patronage (e.g., rewards points, show tickets). Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, faxing). Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly.

Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, and motivating and coaching employees; serve as a role model and first point of contact of the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

License or Certification: None
