- Provide feedback regarding system/procedure enhancements about the reservation, system bookings, cancellation and refunds, and itinerary to improve overall performance and efficiency.
- Sell, up-sell and cross-sell products and services to the agent/ customer.
- Process refunds/ file pricing adjustments.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

**Qualifications**
- Relevant Vocational, Tertiary or Trade qualification. While having IATA or airline Basic Tariff course would be an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in customer service and facing customers.
- Excellent written and spoken English is essential for the role while any additional languages relevant to contact centre business is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of world Geography and knowledge of airline reservations and ticketing processes and systems will be a strong asset.
- Must be willing to join immediately
- Must have a valid Qatar ID
