Job Title: Shutdown Coordinator
Employment Type: Contract (Site Based)
- Responsibilities:
Oversee the onshore coordination and leadership of activities leading up to a shutdown or project.
Develop shutdown/project work lists and plans.
Track shutdown/project actions and maintain effective communication with onshore teams.
Comply with HSE principles, policies, and procedures for a safe shutdown.
Manage planning, preparation, and execution activities for successful platform shutdown.
Establish and lead the shutdown execution team, defining key roles and responsibilities.
Set accurate shutdown budgets in collaboration with the Line Manager.
Monitor progress, manage work scope queries, and ensure timely completion of work orders.
Conduct workshops, develop pre-shutdown/project work scopes, and track milestones.
Prepare and review Method of Statements, Job Safety Analysis, and logistics plans.
Lead daily shutdown meetings and collate lessons learned for continuous improvement.
- Qualifications:
Degree in an engineering discipline or significant experience in a similar role.
20+ years of experience in Piping Fabrication, Erection & Installation in the oil & gas industry.
Excellent leadership, communication, and safety awareness skills.
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Powerpoint.
Strong understanding of onshore process and operations.
- Working Conditions:
Monday to Saturday (6 days) with a 10-hour workday.

**Salary**: QAR1,789.33 - QAR11,663.94 per month

Serve as a key liaison between multiple teams including; including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
