We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Paediatric Speech and Language Pathologist to join our Dysphagia service. Candidates must have extensive experience of working with children with eating/drinking and infant feeding disorders, preferably in an outpatient (OPC) setting. Experience in objective instrumental assessment i.e. VFSS/FEES and/or working in an acute setting is highly desirable.

As a Highly Specialist Pediatric Speech and Language Pathology, you will provide care for patients aged 0-18 years within our Dysphagia Outpatient service. Additionally, you will help develop services for these patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes Dietitian’s and Physician’s (ENT/Pulmonology/GI/ Cardiology/Neonatology).

Clinical leadership experience in a specialized area of Speech and Language Pathology is highly desirable.

KEY ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Provide highly specialized Speech and Language Pathology services within our OPC
  • Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and FEES MDT, VFSS services.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS – REQUIREMENTS
ESSENTIAL
Education Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology/Therapy
Experience 5+ years of work experience in clinical environment in a similar role is required inclusive of 2+ years clinical experience in pediatric role
Certification and LicensureRegistration as a Speech Language Pathologist / Therapist and Licensure in country of origin
